CHICKEN (POLLO) MARSALA

If you love chicken, tons of garlic and marsala wine this is the recipe you want to try.  This recipe was in our local newspaper back in upstate New York.  I’ve made this recipe over and over for the past 40 some years.  I usually split it right down the middle, so the flavor is absorbed through out.  The recipe is not difficult and the rewards are amazing.  Make sure you have a loaf of italian bread or baguettes to soak up the juices.  WOW, its so great!!
