1 FROZEN BAG OF BROCCOLI FLORETS  (20 OZ)

1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP

2 EGGS

1 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE

1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE

1 SMALL DICED ONION

MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND PLACE IN GREASED OVENPROOF DISH

NOW, CRUMBLE 1/2 SLEEVE OF RITZ CRACKERS IN FRYING PAN WITH 4 T. BUTTER. FRY FOR 3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM LOW. IMMEDIATELY PLACE THE RITZ CRACKERS ON TOP OF BROCCOLI, SOUP, EGGS & CHEESE.

PLACE IN A 350° OVEN FOR 45-50 MINUTES.
