INGREDIENTS:

5 1/2 CUPS MILK

2 – 10 OZ BROCCOLI FLORETS (FROZEN)

1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION

3 CUPS GRATED SWISS CHEESE

1 t. salt

4 T. BUTTER \

2 T.FLOUR /

MAKE A ROUX IN FRY PAN WITH FLOUR AND BUTTER THEN ADD TO THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS

HEAT MILK UNTIL IT GETS HOT.

COOK BROCCOLI & ONIONS IN MILK TILL TENDER

ADD ROUX

COOK AND STIR 3-4 MINUTES

REMOVE FROM HEAT

STIR IN SWISS CHEESE
