3-4 GOOD SIZED PIECES OF COD/HADDOCK

Butter & olive oil (not extra virgin)

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/3 cup diced onions

3-4 cloves of garlic fresh, minced

1 T. fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup dry sherry, white wine or marsala

shredded parmesan cheese – enough to cover one side of fish (the last 3-4 minutes of broiling)

salt & pepper to taste
