CRANBERRY CRUNCH

9″ x 13″ glass or metal pan

Bake at 350°

35-45 minutes

Mix together:

3 cups uncooked instant oatmeal

1 1/2 cups flour

Cut in:

2 sticks of unsalted butter

Mix in:

1 1/2 cans of whole berry cranberry sauce (or you can make your own with 1 bag of cranberries from the produce dept. – add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water and 2 T. cornstarch)  Cook until nice and soft.

Pat one half (1/2) of the mixture in lightly greased pan.

Cover with cranberry sauce.

Top with remaining mixture.
