PARMESAN CRISPS

(bought my first bag at Sam’s Club. The bag was awful pricy at $9.76 for 9.5 oz) Experimented with a bag of parmesan cheese and they came out just as good if not better. Try the homemade ones, you’ll really like them.

  • Preheat your oven to 400°. Pour a heaping tablespoon of Parmesan cheese onto a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet and lightly pat down. A silicone baking sheet is highly recommended but not necessary. I use parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a 1/2 inch apart.
  • Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
