ROUND RYE BOWL WITH DIP

Hope you’re not trying to loose weight, because this appetizer is not something you can stop eating once you start.  I wouldn’t make it to many hours in advance, so it doesn’t become soggy.

 

ROUND RYE BOWL WITH DIP

INGREDIENTS:

2 CUPS MAYONNAISE

2 CUPS SOUR CREAM

2 t. PARSLEY

2 T. DILL WEED

3 T. SCALLIONS

CANNED ARTICHOKES (marinated) DRAIN (squeezed) (chopped)

10 OZ. FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH (THAW IT OUT AND SQUEEZE ALL LIQUID OUT)

2 PACKAGES OF CORNED BEED (CHOP & DICE)

MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS WELL. MAKE A DEEP WELL IN THE BREAD AND FILL WITH THE INGREDIENTS.

AFTER GETTING THE ACCESS BREAD OUT OF THE WELL, CUT IN PIECES AND USE TO DIP.
